1. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost packages.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
2. Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number for a full refund.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to intercept the package. In this case, please refuse delivery upon arrival. Once the returned package is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original outbound and return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, especially fragile items like lights. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For the fastest resolution, please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the damage and the original packaging. This helps us process your claim quickly and identify any issues in our shipping process.

We will typically cover the shipping costs for replacement items in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
4. Warranty
graceehomes products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period (please see your product documentation for the exact warranty term).
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Exposure to extreme weather conditions (e.g., sun, rain, water) for products not rated for outdoor use.

Please note: Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been exposed to water, unless they are specifically sold as waterproof and have failed under normal use conditions.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

6. Shipping Costs & Refunds

Oversized items may take 30-40 days to arrive. If you want oversized items to arrive fast, you need to pay for extra shipping fee.
