Light from the sun comes in a wide range of wavelengths. Most of the light from the sun is wasted on plants as they just need a few specific wavelengths of light to grow. How to Assemble it :
Step1. Remove the plastic protective cover on top and Open the tripod.
Step2. Tighten the handle clockwise until it is firm.
Step3. Pull up to the desired height and tighten the handle again.
Step4. Repeat the previous steps in the next part.
Step5. Place the lamp on the stand and rotate the tripod.
Step6. Finish the installation, easy to use.
